Project Brief/Features:
City of Lansing North & South Capitol Road Parking Ramp each provides 4-stories of parking for downtown Lansing’s business and government district, as well as a storefront for small businesses. Centennial Electric’s previous parking structure experience allowed for on-budget and on-time completion of the project despite a tight urban site located just blocks from the steps of Michigan’s State Capitol.
Our scope of work included interior and exterior lighting, emergency/invertor lighting and new UPS (uninterrupted power supply) units, a tie-in to existing power systems, and a new media screen.
