Bob’s Discount Furniture expanded its footprint into Lansing, MI Delta Crossings Center in July of 2021. K2 Retail Construction and Development selected Centennial Electric as a subcontractor to bring the Delta Crossing’s Center, as well as Bob’s Discount Furniture to reality.
The 26,000 square foot turnkey build-out includes a new 800 amp service and power distribution systems, backup and emergency power system, lighting system, fire alarm system, security, controls, accent, and sign lighting.
