Project Contract Value: $1,000,800
Project Scope: Renovations
Location: Lansing, MI
Project Type: Sports & Recreation
Project Brief/Features:
Former Cooley Law School Stadium (Jackson Field) plays home to minor league team Lansing Lugnuts. As a highly visible venue in Lansing’s downtown stadium district, the stadium not only plays home to baseball but acts as a concert venue, skating rink and outdoor movie theater.
In 2014, a $22 million renovation overhaul was proposed including $11 million in public bonds for new turf, updated locker rooms, concessions and box seats. Done on a guaranteed maximum price, our scope of work included updated stadium lighting, digital ribbon boards wrapping the suite deck, updated power distribution to improvements of locker rooms and patio areas.
