Delta Crossing, located on Lansing’s west side is a 207-acre mixed-use development with the potential to house 350,000 square feet of retail clients. The shopping center currently serves as a home to Hobby Lobby, T.J Maxx, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Sierra, BJ’s, Texas Roadhouse, and more to come.

K2 Retail Construction and Development selected Centennial Electric as a subcontractor to bring Delta Crossing to reality. This project included supplying temporary 200 amp service to Hobby Lobby, as well as 3 – 100 amp services in each suite for temporary power. Permanent site power to each store in the development, coordinating permanent utility tie-in with the utility company. Site lighting and sign lighting throughout the development of the property, as well as low voltage distribution and data.
