As a part of the Lansing School Districts Pathway Promise, Everett High School received part of the $120 million bond program to fund additions and renovations to its junior high and high school campus. The first phase of the project addressed the three-story education wing of the building. The second phase of the project, much more encompassing, included an extensive overhaul to the existing visual and performing arts center, lobby, piano lab, and cafeteria as well as a new band, dance, scene shop, and art rooms. The former art rooms were converted into new video production space adding to the strong emphasis on the revamped visual and performing arts programs.
Our scope of work included theatrical and stage audio/visual and luminaires lighting used to illuminate theatrical productions, concerts, and live performances. Also, included were new power distribution systems, including the power to additions and renovated areas, general lighting, accent lighting, site lighting, emergency/backup power and lighting, public address system, fire alarm, telephone/data, security, and CATV systems.
