Project Brief/Features: Home to Emergent BioSolutions, this project’s vision was to create a new office building to be located on the Emergent BioSolutions – Lansing Campus. The 3-story 29,000 square foot office building included state-of-the-art board rooms, conference meeting areas, cafeteria & gathering area. Centennial Electric added a new power distribution system throughout the building as well as new building management systems, lighting, and controls systems including emergency backup and egress lighting, data, security, fire alarm system, cameras, and white noise systems.
