Michigan State University’s Harrison Road Parking Deck is a 3-story structure designed to meet the parking needs of MSU’s growing faculty and student population. With the expanding footprint of the Michigan States’ campus, this parking structure presented a unique challenge of the tight urban site located on campus adjacent to both Breslin Student Event Center, MSU Student Housing, and MSU Athletic Building.
Our scope of work included a new power distribution system, backup inverter and emergency power, general lighting, egress lighting, fire alarm system, and integration to Michigan State University’s existing “green light” telephones which have provided safety of members of the campus community and visitors for more than 40 years.
