Project Brief/Features:
The Steven T. Mason building is a 9-story office building that plays home to the Department of Natural Resources and a small portion of the Department of Management and Budget. Centennial Electric was selected to complete the 229,000 square foot demolition and revamp of office space inside the Mason Building.
Our scope of work included new power distribution throughout the building, adding a 350kW generator as part of a backup power distribution upgrade, a new fire alarm system, general lighting, accent lighting, and a new lighting controls system upgrade among all 9-story.
